Priscilla Kidd, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Emmanuel Kidd’s widow, and Col. Daniel Shank, Assistant to the Adjutant General of the OHARNG, smile after the ribbon cutting ceremony to symbolize the permanent dedication of this room in Chief Kidd’s name Feb. 28, 2019 at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio in Columbus, Ohio. This room has previously been dedicated every year since 2015. Chief Kidd passed away in January of 2015 of cancer, and this room is permanently adopted in his name.
