Production. Subchasers. The foreman of the machine shop of a Southern shipyard gives some pointers on the operation of an electric power-cutter to a machinist helper. This foreman is one of the men who made it possible for the yard to fly the Navy "E" for its excellent performance on the building of a number of subchasers
