Profit sharing program a success, Westinghouse executive tells senate committee. Washington, D.C., Nov. 22. The Senate Finance Subcommittee was told today by W.G. Marshall, Vice President of the Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Co., that the profit sharing plan effected by his company has been found mutually satisfactory and beneficial to management and to workers. The Committee is investigating industrial profit sharing systems as a means of reducing economic strife and providing labor with a larger share of national income
