Provincial Development Council representative, Najibullah, signs for the solar panels to be delivered to local villages in Tagab here, Dec. 21. The Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team and the Kapisa Provincial Development Council were delivering solar panels and batteries to two local villages in order to improve their quality of life. The mission of Kapisa PRT is to help facilitate the local and national governments of Afghanistan working together to help provide for the development and security needs of the Afghan people.
