MANAMA, Bahrain (Aug. 09, 2006) -- Coast Guard Seaman Michael Christensen signs a copy of his marriage certificate immediately following his marriage here Aug. 09, 2006. Christensen is the only Coast Guard member in recent history who has participated in a marriage by proxy. His wife, Jennifer Rivard, now Christensen participated from Sunnyside, Wash., via an internet connection, a web cam and a cell phone. Navy Chaplain Lt.
