Pvt. Raphael Magpantay from the Philippines (left), Pvt. Seyoung Kwon from South Korea (center) and Spc. Jhan Moreno from Columbia, all raised their right hand and took the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America Tuesday at Fort Hood.
