Baca unveil Baca's medal and citation plaque at NMCSD. Baca received treatment at NMCSD for injuries incurred in Quan Loi Province, Republic of Vietnam Feb. 10, 1970. Baca donated his medal of honor to NMCSD in dedication to the wounded, ill and injured service men and women and those who care for them.
