CHICAGO (Nov. 23, 2010) Rear Adm. David Steindl, commander, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), talks with Navy Junior ROTC (NJROTC) cadets in a freshman physics class at Rickover Naval Academy High School. Steindl is making his first visit to the academy in which the entire student body is made up of Navy Junior ROTC cadets.
