Morneau, commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, presents the Bronze Star Medal with Combat "V" to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 1st Class Scott Weaver during an award ceremony at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Weaver was awarded the bronze star for heroic achievements while serving as the TRIDENT 2211B Explosive Ordnance Disposal team leader, Special Operations Task Force-Southeast in direct support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
