WASHINGTON (Dec. 07, 2011) Rear Adm. Patrick J. Lorge, commandant of Naval District Washington, and survivors of the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Frank Yanick and retired Rear Adm. Edward Walker Jr., render honors during a wreath laying ceremony at the U.S. Navy Memorial. The event commemorated the 70th anniversary of the attack.
