Summary
Recruits with Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, conduct warm ups before the Bayonet Assault Course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 12. The recruits build their upper body strength and grow stronger while conducting different warm-up exercises. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Mike Company is scheduled to graduate Jan. 25.
