Julius Caesar, speak to youths as they prepare to march in the annual Juneteenth Festival, the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery. Caesar's visit is in support of the San Francisco Navy Week. Twenty such weeks are planned this year in cities throughout the U.S., arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO).
