Residents of Ginowan City and Chatan Village participate

Residents of Ginowan City and Chatan Village participate in a humanitarian assistance evacuation drill as part of Constant Vigilance 2012 here Sept. 12. The residents walked the southern tsunami evacuation route of Camp Foster's two evacuation routes. The exercise is designed to improve processes and procedures by practicing command relationships, communication plans and logistical support before a crisis, which allows MCIPAC to more efficiently and effectively support service members, their families and the local community in the event of a real world situation.
