Reynolds Tinay, a civilian crew member assigned to High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, offloads pallets of goods for Project Handclasp as part of Southern Partnership Station 2012. The goods consisted of medical supplies and food, which will be distributed throughout the country.
