Ribbon-Cutting for Station Road Bridge (1992)

Dignitaries cut a ribbon when Station Road Bridge re-opened on August 12, 1992. Superintendent John Debo holds the ribbon. To his right is Dave Humphrey, chief of the TAPS division. Rob Bobel, the park’s civil engineer, is on the far right with a beard.
