The full view photograph is 5 x 7" mounted with an oval overlay and produced circa 1874 by Orlando Scott Goff. On the image, numbers 1-9 are handwritten above each of the subjects. On the front, the handwritten notations in pencil read, "1 Custer/2 Cooke/3 Mrs. Wadsworth/4 [illegible words] /5 Mrs. Wadsworth Nellie/6 Tom/7 Mrs. C/8 Mrs. Yates/9 Lt. Edgerly."
