Senior Airman Thomas Hole, a 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, is welcomed home by his son after returning from his deployment from Southwest Asia May 20, 2013, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. More than 170 Team Little Rock airmen were welcomed home by friends and family Monday. At any given time, approximately 600 airmen are deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base supporting global contingency operations. Since the start of fiscal year 2013, Team Little Rock aircrews have flown 8,000-plus sorties airlifting more than 40,000 pounds of cargo, 81,000 passengers and 2,000 patients.
