(Dec. 07, 2012) Sailors assigned to Naval History and Heritage Command render a hand salute during a wreath laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery commemorating the 71st anniversary of the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
