Sailors clear a U.S. Coast Guard HH-60J Jayhawk for takeoff from the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5). The HH-60J Jayhawk landed aboard Peleliu to refuel while on a medical evacuation mission. Peleliu is the flagship for the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group, currently underway for PHIBRON's MEU Integrated Training in the Pacific Ocean.
