PASCAGOULA, Miss. (Apr. 17, 2014) Master Chief Culinary Specialist Albert Puyot, right, and Senior Chief Culinary Specialist Randall Clift, both assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) America (LHA 6), conduct a quality control check on fruit and vegetables during a supplies on-load. America will be the first ship of its class, replacing the Tarawa-class of amphibious assault ships and is scheduled to be commissioned in late 2014 in San Francisco.
