Sailors from the Pre Commissioning Unit for DDG 1000, Zumwalt, do sit-ups as part of a mock Physical Readiness Test (PRT) on Thursday morning at the US Marine Corps Reserve Center at Brunswick, Maine. The crew worked on Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection basics including weapons familiarization and Mechanical Advantage Control Holds (MACH). It is expected to meet the same Force Protection standards as other Navy Destroyers -- despite having fewer than half the number of Sailors stationed aboard.
