The Navy's newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier is completing a two month transit from Norfolk, Va. Homeporting celebrations included various dignitaries like former First Lady Nancy Reagan, members of Congress, state officials and celebrities. The ship, commanded by Capt. James A.
