COVINGTON, Guam (Apr. 13, 2016) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Gage Hunt (right), with Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75, and Electronics Technician Seaman Nicholas Hinton, with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, tighten a support rope for a high frequency bowtie antenna at Camp Covington, Guam. The antenna will be used to communicate with U.S. forces participating in exercise Balikatan 2016 in the Philippines. Balikatan is an annual Philippine-U.S. military bilateral training exercise that is a signature element of the Philippine-U.S. alliance focused on a variety of missions, including humanitarian assistance, maritime law enforcement, and environmental protection.
