Saluting during change of command ceremony

Rear Adm. Scott Swift, incoming commander of Carrier Strike Group 9, right, Rear Adm. Scott Van Buskirk, the strike group outgoing commander, and Vice Adm. Sam Locklear, commander of the U.S. 3rd Fleet, salute the national ensign during a change of command ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln.
