School for the blind visits Coast Guard station
Summary
Lt. Dave Bartram explains the controls of an HH-60 helicopter to a student from the Washington State School for the Blind during a tour today at Coast Guard Station Tillamook Bay, Ore. The 46 students, who are blind or visually impaired, received a tour from the helicopter crew and were able to feel inside and outside of the helicopter to help them capture a picture in their mind.
