Virginia Governor Tim Kaine, Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, the commanding general of Army Training and Doctrine Command, and Maj. Gen. Mitchell Stevenson the commanding general of the Army Combined Arms Support Command, helped cut the ribbon for the Sustainment Center of Excellence Headquarters Building located at Fort Lee, Va., signifying the completion of construction on the facility.
