(Feb. 14, 2005) The Honorable Michael Chertoff, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, answers questions at a press conference held at the Wando terminal in Charleston, S.C. Secretary Chertoff is joined by Rear Adm. Brian Peterman, Commander of the Seventh Coast Guard District and Bernard Grosecloss. Charleston is Secretary Chertoff's first official visit since being appointed to his position.
