Seductive nutrition class entices soldiers to eat healthier

Food specialists from the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade sampled menu options from Unilever’s Seductive Nutrition class on Feb. 7, taught in preparation for National Nutrition Month in March. Soldiers learned that by combining smaller food portions, healthier cooking methods and more nutritious ingredients, diners can benefit from lower calorie counts while enjoying their favorite menu items.
