Significance: This building is a small, square plan, single story, shed-roofed, concrete block structure. It rests on a concrete slab foundation and is shielded by a built up roof. The only fenestration occurs in the principle (north) elevation, and consists of a steel pedestrian entry door. A wood frieze occurs beneath the roof soffit, and the fascia is also wood.
