Senior Airman Enrique Perez, 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron member, a Reservist deployed from March Air Force Base, Calif., provides security for the Anbar Operations Center from a tower at "The Ranch" on Al Taqaddum Air Base, Iraq, April 9, 2019. Perez is part of a team of SF Airmen forward deployed from Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, tasked with a mission supplementing Marine force protection teams. Total Force Defenders at "The Ranch" provide quick reaction force teams and security overwatch of the Anbar Operations Center and are integrated with a team of Army, Navy and Marine counterparts.
