Senior Chief Fire Controlman Clifford R. Emerson, a Recruit Division Commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, induces remedial physical training to a student with Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 08-20 for improper wear of the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) during a uniform inspection Jan. 10, 2020. The inspection marks the first time students are authorized to wear the complete NWU since arriving to OCS.
