(Apr. 10, 2010) Senior Chief Yeoman Patricia Arnold measures the ribbons of a Navy Junior ROTC cadet from Centennial High School in Las Vegas, during the personnel inspection event at the 2010 Navy Junior ROTC Nationals Academic, Athletic and Drill Competition April 9-10. Arnold is a Recruit Division Commander at Officer Candidate School at Naval Station Newport, R. I.
