Service members pay tribute to St. Patrick during St. Patrick's Day Field Meet

Marines and Airmen gear up for a pugil stick match during the St. Patrick’s Day Field Meet on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, March 30, 2017. This event is held amongst engineer support battalions across the U.S. Armed Forces around the time of St. Patrick’s Day to honor St. Patrick, the patron saint of military engineers. The Marines are with the 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
