[Severe Storms, Flooding, and Tornadoes] Dorchester County, MD, June 2, 2006 -- Members of a Preliminary Damage Assessment Team (PDA) survey the damage to this road and bridge on Maryland's eastern shore. The teams, made up of State, County, and FEMA, evaluate damage and make a recommendation for a Federal disaster declaration.
