Sgt. 1st Class Bernd Kollmann, 212th Engineer Company, out of Paris, Tenn., stands ankle deep in concrete as he helps direct it into what will be one of may future buildings being constructed here at Training Site Novo Selo, Bulgaria. The 212th is here in support of Operation Resolute Castle 15, which is part of Atlantic Resolve. Atlantic Resolve provides the 4th Infantry Division the opportunity to work and train alongside our NATO allies and demonstrates the United States’ commitment to the NATO Alliance.
