Sgt. Cody J. Trapp, left, instructs Republic of Korea Marines on how to properly employ the M2 heavy machine gun July 23 at Nightmare Range, Republic of Korea during the Korean Marine Exchange Program 12-7. The ROK and U.S. Marines also spent the rest of the afternoon improving their squad level tactics by conducting fire and maneuver courses. KMEP 12-7 will continue until August 14 is designed to increase the tactical interoperability of the ROK and U.S. Marine Corps forces. Trapp is a small arms repair ordinance technician with 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
