SGT Darrell Byerly refules a High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) at the heavy lift pad on Camp Carroll, Republic of Korea, on Oct. 23, 1998. Byerly, with other troops from the 20th Support Group, are operating the first fuel point and rest stop for the 2nd Infantry Division convoy heading to the northern part of South Korea in support of Foal Eagle '98. Foal Eagle is a deployment exercise that takes place once a year in Korea
