Sgt. Jarrell Maull, a combat medic with the Delaware Army National Guard adds another note to a large collection of sticky notes in Ponce, Puerto Rico on May 4, 2019. The collection of notes represents some of the issues addressed in the Joint Operation Center during the Innovative Readiness Training taking place in Puerto Rico this week. Members of the Delaware National Guard are in Puerto Rico as part of IRT Ola de Esperanza Sanadora 2019 or Healing Wave of Hope which aims to provide no cost medical care for under served people in Puerto Rico.
