Sgt. Maj. Christopher R. Taylor, sergeant major of 2nd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, reads the citation of a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal being presented to a U.S. Marine aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Oct. 19, 2018 for his accomplishments during operations in regards to Hurricane Florence.
