Soldier receives coin, Afghanistan

U.S. Staff Sgt. Rafael Noble from San Juan, a human resource specialist and native of Puerto Rico, assigned to the 425th Brigade Special Troops Battalion (Airborne), 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division, Task Force Spartan receives a coin for excellence from Brig. Gen. Gordon B. "Skip" Davis, the deputy commanding general for ANSF Development for Regional Command-East and Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force on Christmas Day.
