South Carolina National Guard Soldiers from the 1053rd

South Carolina National Guard Soldiers from the 1053rd Transportation Company conducted a variety of non-traditional skills as part of their annual training June 9, 2017, at McCrady Training Center. Typical training for these Soldiers consists of transporting materials and supplies from one location to another; however, this training included reacting to contact, use of cover and concealment to protect themselves, clearing buildings, responding to improvised explosive devices, and providing medical attention to injured.
