MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Coast Guard Capt. Matt Sibley, commander of Coast Guard Sector Lake Michigan, presents a plaque to Margaret Radiano, a Coast Guard SPAR, following her visit to the unit on Feb. 14, 2012.
