Spc. Aaron Hoyt accepts his award for Outstanding Soldiers of the Year from Brig. Gen. William Hall, Arizona Army National Guard land component commander, Command Sgt. Maj. Patrick Powers, Arizona Army National Guard state command sergeant major and Chief Warrant Officer 5 Daniel Toporek, Army Command Chief Warrant Officer, at the Outstanding Soldier and Airmen of the Year banquet held at the Arizona Grand hotel, Phoenix, March 21.
