Spc. Manuel Otero, a water treatment specialist assigned to 226th Composite Supply Company, 87th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia, fills a water storage blivet with lake water during Saber Strike 18 on Adazi base, Latvia, June 6, 2018.
