Spc. Michael Gonzales, an aid station medic with 2nd Battalion, 17th Field Artillery Regiment, a 2nd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division asset, provides aid to a simulated casualty, March 21, at the Medical Simulation Training Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., during scenario-based training, March 20-22, that pushed Gonzales and other 2nd Brigade medics to work under pressure one last time before the brigade deploys next month to Afghanistan.
