Rodriguez Jenkins, of Mendenhall, Miss., assigned to the Brandon, Miss., based 113th Military Police Company, Mississippi Army National Guard, secures a person of interest during Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) training July 31, 2015 at Camp Shelby, Miss.
