Spc. Samantha Mays of the Kentucky Army National Guard’s 103rd Chemical Battalion sets up vinyl partitions to go between hospital beds at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, Ky., April 14, 2020. The site, which is expected to be operational April 15, will serve as an Alternate Care Facility for patients suffering from COVID-19 if area hospitals exceed available capacity.
