Spc. Samuel Barnett receives the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Identification Badge, and is photographed with his mother, Ms. Carol Lackhard, at a badge ceremony inside the Memorial Amphitheater Chapel in Arlington National Cemetery, Va., on Oct. 24. Barnett received badge #620. It is the second-least awarded badge in the U.S. Army, after the Astronaut Badge.
