SPCSPC Cifaldi, A 12B, Combat Engineer, uses a cross cut hand saw to remove boards on the snow-covered roof of the building which will be reconstructed into a guard tower to overlook the entrance to Camp McGovern located just outside Brcko, Bosnia. The work is being done by Bravo Company, 23rd Engineer Battalion, 1ST Armored Division from Freiburg, Germany, during Operation Joint Endeavor
