Spice it up! 3/3 Marine cooks up a win
Summary
Lance Cpl. Nhia Xiong, of St. Paul, Minn., plates one of his dishes for the judges at the Chef of the Quarter contest at Anderson Hall Dining Facility aboard Marine Corps Base Hawaii held June 7. Xiong won the contest with a menu inspired by his Hmong heritage with Thai food including larb, a spicy ground meat entree.
